The quilts you see on the site currently are cotton with flannel batting and synthetic dyes. I use the least harmful soaps I can for fixing and washing the fabric. I’m working on a new series with natural (local plant) dyes which I hope to make my mainstay from now on. The cotton I use is not organic but for custom quilts I’d be happy to use bamboo, hemp, organic…anything. I’ve just started revamping my site this week so that sort of info will be posted soon I hope!
Hi, Will you please tell me more about your quilts? What kinds of fabrics and dyes do you use? Essentially, are they eco friendly?
